Learn to Play Craps – Tips and Strategies – Craps Pros and Their Winning Systems

Be smart, play smart, and learn how to play craps the right way!

In my other article,Winning Systems, I address the fact that there’s no such thing as a long-term craps “winning system” for the player. It’s a mathematical fact that a player cannot gain an edge over the house using any combination of bets or bet amounts. Period. Yet I see book after book and article after article explaining a wide variety of systems that so-called “craps pros” use to consistently beat the house. It irritates me knowing that the gambling world recognizes some of these authors as craps “experts.” It irritates me when I read something from a well-respected so-called craps expert who, in reality, spreads false hope instead of fact. It irritates me knowing the Industry acknowledges and flaunts these people as skilled and knowledgeable players. It irritates me knowing the players who are smart enough to avoid fall prey by recognizing false hope and knowing the winners. Reading books and articles by them and believing them is one of the fastest ways to lose a lot of money.

In short, the Player must educate himself. He must work hard at it. When I read articles by people who say they have a proven system, I want to test their system by starting with their advice and work my way up. I’ve found that many of the so-called craps experts are selling lines based on their own proven systems. Guess what? Therefore, I believe what I read. If you’re looking for a long-term advantage, you will absolutely gain a edge over the house if you follow my advice. You will not win every bet. That’s not possible. But neither is it possible to buy into a so-called craps system based on nothing but guesswork and luck.

The Player must create a legal form of disguising his true feelings about the game he is going to play. disguising his emotions, his travel plans, his personal reasons for going to the casino, the exact location, the dress code, the casino trip, the time of trip, exact cards held, etc. vary from person to person, from table to table, during game play and anytime after a change within the same hour.

One of the most effective weapons to combat this silent assassin in your midst is a simple one. Think of your emotions as a silent assassin. It will kill you. Self-confidence is strength. Open yourself to your inner self. You will feel comfort at having a decision made in you with every hand, on every turn. It’s essential to be able to feel the good feelings that come with decision making. If you aren’t feeling good, you will make the wrong decision. Letting your emotions rule your decisions will cause you to lose lots of money. When you allow your emotions to rule your decisions, you will steal the money from your friends.

It’s common knowledge that the brain works more efficiently when you feel good. If you’re tired, you may not make the correct decision. If you’re angry, you may not make the correct decision. It’s also important to know that the brain works best when it is rested. Never play when you feel tired or angry. If you’re distracted, you will miss out on vital information from your opponents.

Now that you know all the basic rules, the best way to start winning at craps is to go to the tables, sit at a craps table, and wait for the hot shooter. When the dice are hot, the shooter is hot. Don’t step up to a craps table when the dice are cold. The shooter is depending on pure luck to hit the dice. That’s why there’s a hot shooter and a cold shooter. You can’t control the outcome of the dice. You can only control how much you push off the table into the dealer’s tray.

When the dice are hot, pass the dice to the right and pick up the dice. Don’t pick up the dice yourself and other players will get the chance to catch the dice. Let the hot shooter do the picking. The hot shooter (remipoker) shoots two, three, or four dice out in the distance. When the dice are hot, don’t touch the dice – let the shooter distribute the dice to other players. The dice should bounce back and forth, just like they do in a basketball game. When the players are hitting the back wall, don’t bounce the dice off the table. The dice must hit the back wall at the same time. The shots will bounce off the table and fall into the tray. The hot shooter gets the next dice roll and distribute the dice to the other players. The hot shooter again must shoot before rolling the dice are out of alignment.
