According to user instructions, Magnet Boat's search engine system will automatically generate links to third-party web pages through non-manual retrieval methods, enabling users to find and use various documents, materials, and other content on third-party web pages. "Magnet Boat" itself does not store, control, edit, or modify the content or its presentation form of information stored, edited, or displayed on linked third-party web pages (including but not limited to text, images, or music).

Magnet Boat has always attached great importance to intellectual property protection and complies with various intellectual property laws, regulations, and binding normative documents. We value genuine products and combat piracy. According to the requirements of laws, regulations, and normative documents, Magnet Boat has formulated measures and steps aimed at protecting the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders. When rights holders discover that content on third-party web pages linked through Magnet Boat-generated links infringes on their legitimate rights and interests, rights holders should first send a "Rights Notice" to Magnet Boat. Magnet Boat will take measures to remove related content or block related links according to Chinese laws and regulations and government normative documents.

Rights Notice

Any individual or organization that meets both of the following conditions:

1. Rights holders discover that network users use network services to infringe on their legitimate rights and interests;
2. Content on third-party websites linked by Magnet Boat's search engine system through automatic retrieval methods infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the above-mentioned rights holders.

Please submit a rights notice to Magnet Boat in writing.

Please note:If the statements in the rights notice are false, the rights notice submitter will bear all legal responsibilities (including but not limited to compensation for various expenses and attorney fees). If the above-mentioned individuals or organizations are uncertain whether materials available on the network infringe on their legitimate rights and interests, Magnet Boat recommends that such individuals or organizations first consult professionals.

To effectively process the rights notice of the above-mentioned individuals or organizations, please use the following format (including section numbers):

1. Proof of rights ownership that the rights holder has trademark rights, copyrights, and/or other rights that can be exercised according to law over the allegedly infringing content;
2. Please fully and clearly describe the content that you believe infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder and provide the third-party URL where the work is illegally published.
3. Please specify which content on the allegedly infringing webpage infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder listed in item 2.
4. Please provide specific contact information of the rights holder, including name, copy of ID card or passport (for individuals), copy of entity registration certificate (for entities), mailing address, phone number, fax, and email address.
5. Please provide the location of the allegedly infringing content on the information network (such as specifying the source of the infringing content you are reporting, i.e., the webpage address or location within the webpage) so that we can contact the owner/manager of the webpage containing the infringing content you reported.
6. Please include the following statement about the authenticity of the notice content in the rights notice:

• "I am the legitimate rights holder of the complained content;
• The content published on the third-party webpage I reported infringes on my corresponding legitimate rights and interests.
• I confirm: If the content of this rights notice is not completely true, I will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom."

7. Please include the following statement in the rights notice: "I guarantee that the information described in this notice is sufficient, true, and accurate, and I am the legitimate rights holder of the complained content, or I have been authorized to exercise the rights of the content listed in item 2."
8. Please sign this document. If you are a legally established institution or organization, please affix your official seal.
